Character arcs are virtually non-existent, Bale is wooden and Batman a sideshow, and the script is execrable. The plot has more holes than a string vest, it's over-long, humourless and a huge mess. Compared with Nolan's masterpiece Memento, it's just weak filler. Turn off brain before watching.&lt;br&gt;
